A Chord of Three

“I assure you:  if two of you on earth agree about any matter that you pray for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven.  For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there among them” (Matthew 18:19-20).  On this day, as servants to the King, let us approach the throne of grace, make our request known, and receive!  (Hebrews 4:16)  Let us approach our Savior knowing we are accepted and are excpected!  Let us apply a fresh boldness in our approach to the One who has the ability to save!  Do not hold back a single request!  We are not timid, we do not lack faith, and we do not bring fear!  Your King does not have a deaf ear, or an arm too short!  Engage your Redeemer in battle with your enemy.  Let’s be clear in our thinking… the enemy is Satan and not one with flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12)…

He has gone through some rough withdrawals but God has been with him! I stand in all of Jesus’grace abounding so much greater than sin can attempt to rise to. To all of you, the fervent genuine prayers in one accord has sped up this healing that has started with Jesus fighting for Derek. I am convinced of this. I do not have the depth of words for my gratitude to each one of you for your faith and faithfulness! Your breakthrough is coming in God’s speed my beloved sisters! I love you so much! Janet

  3. I am so thankful that we can go boldly before our Lord with expectation. It is so awesome that God loves us all so much that He only wants us to come and ask.
    We are so blessed!
Janet, you have been on my heart all day. Have been in prayer and EXPECTING for you and your family only God results. I’m believing NO weapon formed against you (or your son) will prosper! In Jesus Name ! Praying for all you Diva’s and all those with request.
    God bless you all!

  4. John Bunyan, author of the allegory “Pilgrim’s Progress”, was imprisoned for preaching in the late 1600s. He was taken into custody, leaving his pregnant young wife and young children to be cared for by his parishoners. His only meals were taken to him by his blind daughter, who walked the busy streets once a day with a meager helping of soup and bread. In prison, he wrote much of his famous allegory of a young man named Christian cdesperate to leave the “City of Destrction” and struggling on the path to the safe haven “The Celestial City”. Surely John Bunyan knew the power of prayer! He is quoted as saying: “Prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God and a scourge to Satan.” How true this statement is.
Ephesians 6:12 says “For our struggle is not with flesh and blood but against the rulers, against authorities, against cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces in the heavenly places.”
What a sweet time of prayer today, I liked my “Appointment with the Lord”! Press on!

  5. Please pray for a financial breakthrough for a family. My huband and I prayed and made the decision for me ti stay home together with our little ones. But he is so discouraged! It feels like one thing or another has made it so we are constantly not having enough.
Its hard not to feel bad like if I were working things would be better. Thanks for your prayers. : )

  6. Let us push back the demands pressing in on us and rest with Him in prayer. He desires this time with us and will use it to bless us, strengthening and equipping us for the trials ahead. As we come together to pray for our sister, Janet, let us stand fast in one spirit; trusting Him to guide her and to help her rise above the circumstances of the day to find peace in His Presence. Let us also focus on the cord of three – faith, hope and love – which at times can be weak but can never be lost.

Prayer request: Pray for my relationship with my son to be mended and strengthened before he goes to Marine bootcamp in 3 weeks.

    • Please sit down with him and in love ask him for forgiveness for all ways and anything that has caused hurt, disappointment, anything that had been a division. We humble ourselves and be the first to walk in love. Ask the Lord to prepare your heart and his against anything said to NOT be received in offense but in healing. He probably will open up in his wrong doing as well. Either day, it will not matter, you will have opened up the door of love and forgiveness! I will pray for the two of you! Love Janet

    • I am sitting here this morning with such a tender heart for each of you that would sacrifice your time and prayers for me and my family. Please know I have felt the power and strengthened by the power of the Holy Spirit. I am so grateful to those out there that prayed that have never posted! Please know my prayers are also going up to Jesus for each petition that is posted. We are also family to each other. We feel the pain and burdens together. We cry in our prayers with each of you! I tell you the truth I know through my walk, I have always experienced great victory in every situation when I stand behind Jesus, not backing down, not giving up, not allowing him to steal the truth that I know and believe. I am finished allowing the enemy to oppress and steal, kill and destroy what I have the free will to come against and trusting Jesus with His army to defend His family! The more we bow and believe his lies, we sit or lay in fear and sorrow. Whatever time I have left on this earth, I am walking in offense over my family and defending when I am called to defend. I will forever trust in the Lord with all my heart and not lean on my own understanding. I will acknowledge the Lord in every area of my life and He will make the path straight. I will ask and receive His wisdom and His knowledge of how to apply it in every situation. I will do as He says even against my flesh. He is the great “I Am”. Not one Word have I read that our God has ever failed! As cunning as the enemy is, being sensitive to the Holy Spirit will guide and lead us to our victory as well, maybe some scars, but we are victorious and we are not victims! As we stand together in Christ, lifting each other in battles, reminding each other who we are in Christ, we may feel pressure, but we will not be broken, because we know there is no greater power than our Father in heaven, Jesus and the Holy Spirit covering us! Jesus reigns and is our Lord and King! Bless you mighty Diva’s and I am praying and believing the favor of God over every area of your life! Please speak to our Father of receiving His favor and believe! Love you all! Janet

  7. Beautiful reminder of the power and privilege of prayer. I am praying for Janet and will find a quiet time at 10&2 to intercede for any other prayer needs. Hugs to all DIVAS- you are all a treasure to HIM and HE wants you to come to Him. Post and share today! Let’s encourage one another in prayer! In Him, Christie

  8. Need some prayer I now have 2 more children back at home due to failed marriages of their own -one with her 2 children & no place to put them all . Many broken hearts in this home & I am dealing with some serious anger – need help choosing to forgive – I know it is a choice not a feeling I know that often comes much later, but to choose to bless & not curse the one who has devastated my child – just struggling being like God in that area. What type of man dumps off his family & screeches out of the driveway without the decency to even face us? The wrath within me burns Lord help me remember who the real enemy is & that that man is still your son whom you dearly love

    • I understand that which you are going through. My son is an addict, we have had my daughter -in-law and three children move in with us. My son came Thursday night full of demons. We had 3 women here speaking against and rebuking remarks. We had 5 children upstairs in a room together. My husband was out of town. My daughter 8, instructed each of them to hold hands and pray. He wanted to hit one of us so bad, let me say with assurance, Almighty God had angels surrounding us, each time he came at me, I stood firm and did not move and it was as if he could not come across to me. I calmly walked and called the police. He left and yes my precious Diva’s, God with us! My son has agreed to go to counseling and rehab. We told him that is good, prove it. I told him that the enemy has him so bound because he is a threat to Satan. I told my son if he repented and would choose Jesus fully and competely that he would see the truth. I had to turn in my own mother. Again, spiritual warfare, our Jesus is fighting, we just have to use the tools the Lord has given us to do our part. I speak, in the name of Jesus, victory over the enemy for all our families is ours. I speak it, I see it, I stand firm and will not be shaken in Christ Jesus!!! I love you all and we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ in trust. Don’t give up or give in sweet sister. This man is not who God created him to be but can be! Bless your enemies together with your daughter for healing, truth, repentance, every blessing you want for yourself, but be firm and do not tolerate any behavior in this man that is from the enemy! You are anchored in Almighty God’s Kingdom for success!!!! Love Janet
