“And this is LOVE: that we walk according to His commands. This is the command as you have heard it from the beginning: you must walk in love.”  2 John 1:6

“Little children, we must not LOVE with word or speech, but with truth and action.”  1 John 3:18

“By obedience to the truth, having purified yourselves for sincere LOVE of the brothers, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born again ~ not of perishable seed but of imperishable ~ through the living and enduring word of God.” 1 Peter 1:22-23

“Now the goal of our instruction is LOVE that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith.”  1 Timothy 1:5

“About brotherly LOVE: You don’t need me to write you because you yourselves are taught by God to LOVE one another.”                     1 Thessalonians 4:9

“And may the Lord cause you to increase and overflow with LOVE for one another and for everyone.”  1 Thessalonians 3:12

“LOVE must be without hypocrisy. Detest evil; cling to what is good.”  Romans 12:9

“I give you a new command: LOVE one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also LOVE one another. By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have LOVE for one another.”  John 13:24-25

“LOVE the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”  Luke 10:27

“But whoever keeps His word, truly in him the LOVE of God is perfected. This is how we know we are in Him: The one who says he remains in Him should walk just as He walked”  1 John 2:5-6

Greetings in love fellow sojourners!  Last week we looked at the fruit of the Spirit demonstrated through love.  Has anyone taken steps to improve or learn how to draw God’s love from the Spirit in us (taken from Part 1)?  That love indeed is sourced from a well that never runs dry!  That is a vital truth.  Love (agape) is God’s character infused in us by His Spirit.  It is not our failures and short-comings but His perfect endurance that overrides our failures and short-comings enabling us to love His way!
