Remember this: The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously. Each person should do as he has decided in his heart — not reluctantly or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make every grace overflow to you, so that in every way, always having everything you need, you may excel in every good work. As it is written:
He gave to the poor;
His righteousness endures forever.
Now the One who provides seed for the sower and bread for food will provide and multiply your seed and increase the harvest of your righteousness
(2 Corinthians 9:6-10).
Here is an application of 2 Corinthians 9:6-10. When you teach others about God sparingly you will also witness transformed lives sparingly. You should teach others out of the abundant love of God in your heart. Don’t teach someone with little enthusiasm or because you feel it is the right thing to do. God loves for you to be prompted to teach in love because you also were taught in love. God is able to make every grace overflow to you, so that in every way you will always have everything you need to excel in the work He has given you. He has provided you the experiences and the words with which to teach others. He also will multiply what you need for teaching and increase the number of lives you touch by your testimony…
